Check-in policy: Early check-in is available at 07:00AM local time for a fee of $28, based on availability. A refundable deposit of $100 will be required at check-in. This deposit will be returned upon check-out, provided no damages or extra charges are incurred.

Checkout policy: Late checkout provides access to your room until 01:00PM local time for a fee of $28.

Room policy: Children 11 years of age and under stay free in their parents’ room with existing bedding. Guests must be at least 21 years of age in order to book a room.

Room Service: Room service is available upon request. For extended-stay guests, room service will be provided once every other week to maintain room cleanliness and comfort.

Smoking Fee: A $250 fee will be applied for any instances of smoking within the property. All rooms are non-smoking to ensure a clean and pleasant environment for all guests.

Cancelation policy: If the reservation is not canceled by 3:00PM 1 day before arrival or guest does not show then 1 night will be charged. Exceptions may apply.
