Check-In Policy:

• Guests must be at least 21 years old to rent a room.

• The credit card holder must be present at check-in.

• Early check-in is available for an additional $25.00 fee

• Smoking fee penalties will be $250.00

• Late check-out can be arranged for up to three hours for a fee of $25.

• Security Deposit of Require of $25 on Major credit card only. (MS/VI/AX/DIS.) Will be return after 5-7 business days after no damage found.

Room policy:

• A $10 per night fee applies for an additional adult.

• A crib is available at no charge.

• Children aged 17 and younger stay free in their parents’ room with existing bedding.

24 Hour Cancellation policy: If the reservation is not cancelled by 03:00PM, 1 day before arrival, and in case of no-show, the full stay including taxes will be charged. Exceptions may apply.
