Check-in policy: The credit card holder must be present at the time of check-in. Extra adult charge $5.

Cancellation policy: If the reservation is not cancelled by 3:00PM 1 day before arrival or the guest does not show, then 1 night will be charged.

Room policy: Children 11 years of age and under stay free in parents’ room with existing bedding. Guests must be at least 18 years of age in order to rent a room.

Pet policy: There is a $20 fee per pet per night, with a weight limit of 20lbs. Only dogs are allowed. Please inform the property in advance if you are checking in with your dog, as failure to inform the property will result in a fine or a request to vacate the premises.
