Room policy:

• Guests must be at least 21 years old to secure a room.

• The credit card holder must be present at check-in.

• Children ages 15 and younger stay free in their parents’ room with existing bedding.

• There is a $15 per night fee for an additional adult.

• A $100 incidental deposit is required at check-in for all reservations.

• Early Check-In / Late Checkout are available upon request and subject to availability. A fee of $10 per hour applies.

Cancellation policy: If the reservation is not cancelled by 3:00 PM one(1) day before arrival, and in case of no-show, one(1) night will be charged. Exceptions may apply.

Smoking policy: Please note that Red Lion Inn & Suites Blue Springs is a 100% smoke-free hotel.
