Room Policy:

• Guests must be at least 21 years old to rent a room.

• The credit card holder must be present at check-in.

• Children ages 17 and younger stay free in their parents’ room with existing bedding.

• An additional charge of $5 per night applies for each extra guest.

• Early check-in / late checkout are available upon request and subject to availability.

• A refundable incidental deposit of $50 is required at the time of check-in.

Cancellation Policy: If the reservation is not cancelled by 3:00 PM one(1) day before arrival, and in case of no-show, one (1) night will be charged. Exceptions may apply.
